What does exist, however, are legal, lab-tested vape liquids and disposable vapes that deliver a comparable flavour experience without violating the Narcotics Act or the Consumer Cannabis Act. Why don't we carry THC liquids?
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the main psychoactive component of the cannabis plant and is strictly regulated in Germany. Since the partial legalisation through the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG) on 1 April 2024, the possession of small amounts of cannabis flower has been permitted for adults under narrow conditions – but the free sale or shipping of THC-containing liquids is expressly not part of this. Anyone offering THC liquids online is operating in a legal grey area, or simply outside the law.

Our customers – private and B2B alike – therefore only get what they can order, ship and resell without concern. All our vapes and liquids contain 0 mg nicotine and are below the legal THC limits, documented by lab certificates (CoA) from accredited testing bodies.

The legal framework in brief – for everyone who wants the details
- THC falls under the Narcotics Act (BtMG) in Germany, or since April 2024 partly under the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG). A free online sale of THC liquids is not provided for.
- CBD liquids are legal under certain conditions, provided the THC content does not exceed the legal limits.
- HHC has been banned in Germany since 27 June 2024 under the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG).
- 10-OH-HHC has also been regulated under the NpSG since December 2025 and is no longer freely available for sale.
- HHZ and the H2 Superior Blend are currently not covered by the NpSG and can be legally offered in Germany – as long as the EU-compliant limits are observed, which we document via CoA for every batch.

FAQ – THC Liquids & legal alternatives
Can I legally buy THC liquid in Germany?
No. THC liquids fall under the BtMG/KCanG and are not freely available for sale. Providers who sell such products online without the corresponding licensing are acting illegally.
What is the best legal substitute for a THC liquid?
Most customers who originally searched for THC liquids end up with us either at the Superior Vapes (clear fruit aroma, high blend content) or the HHZ Vapes (cannabis-inspired terpene character). Which one fits depends on the flavour you're after.
Is HHC the same as THC?
No. HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) is its own cannabinoid – however, it has also been banned in Germany under the NpSG since June 2024 and is therefore no longer in our range.
How can I be sure your products are really legal?
Every batch is tested in an accredited EU laboratory for THC content, heavy metals, pesticides and mycotoxins. We provide the Certificates of Analysis (CoA) on request by email. A short message via our contact form is enough.
