Shipping policy

Important note regarding age verification:
Shipping is generally carried out with age verification (18+). For this reason, delivery to DHL Packstations is only possible from the second order onwards, provided the same name as in the first order is used. This ensures legally compliant delivery.

We always offer free DHL shipping for orders over €70 within Germany. For shipments to EU countries and other international destinations, the shipping cost is €5.90 (DHL shipping).

Delivery typically takes 2-5 days after receipt of payment (i.e., for prepayment, from the moment the money has arrived in our account, or for all other payment methods, as soon as the order has been placed). You will be notified by email as soon as we have started shipping, and you can use the information in that email to track your parcel.
